Project Manager

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.

- Utilize Project Management Professional (PMP) certification to bring industry best practices to project execution.

- Oversee and coordinate IT and BPR projects, demonstrating proficiency in technology, business processes, change management, stakeholder management, and risk management.

- Manage multiple projects concurrently, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.

- Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and understanding.

- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing challenges to maintain project timelines and quality.

- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to the evolving needs of projects and the organization.

- Prepare and present project status reports to key stakeholders, providing transparency and clarity on project progress.

- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a Engineering; advanced degree preferred.

- Project Management Professional (PMP- ) certification is mandatory.

- Minimum of 5 years of post-PMP certification experience in project management.

- Proven experience managing IT and BPR projects at CMM level 5.

- Strong skills in project management methodologies, IT technology, business process understanding, change management, stakeholder management, and risk management.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Flexibility to travel to project sites as required.

- Experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is a significant advantage.

- Prior experience in a SaaS company is desirable.
