Job Responsibilities :
- Understanding the client's needs and delivering value by creating right solutions for them.
- Interaction with Business Heads to discuss the requirement plan and device an action plan.
- Interacting & developing rapport with all stake holders and partnering with business in contributing to the decisions when selecting candidates
- Create and review the hiring strategy and model.
- Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle from requirement download, sourcing, selection, to on boarding the candidates
- Create active pipeline of Talent Pool for critical upcoming positions. Lead and manage the teams to ensure delivery plans have been achieved.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- 5 to 8 years of experience in hiring, exposure in managing large volume projects will be preferred
- Stakeholder Management & has the ability to interact across levels
- Ability to work under pressure
Location - Pitampura, Delhi
Salary offered - 12-15 LPA
