General Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery and rollout of of various RPA process automation processes working closely with Operations partners, solution design team, development team, test team, integration partners and infrastructure team
- Own the project plan and delivery accountability and accurate status reporting to PMO team
- Ensure projects deliverable are delivered as per company's development standards and to a given methodology, with strong focus on project governance, standards and own risk/issue log
- Create and/or maintain documentation related to RPA projects, process mapping, business requirement, functional and technical specification, coding, design test script, test plan and go-live release notes
- Provides mentoring and guidance to RPA team
- Understand, learn and develop on different robotics tools and been as the key technical SMEs with hands on approach to problem solving. Must be seen as the go to person for the project stream being managed with owner operator mindset
- Out of the box thinking, to identify and work around process design
Key Skill Requirements:
- Proven track record in leading and managing projects across multiple teams and geographies
- Strong problem solving, analysis skills with very good understanding of technology
- Proven track record of working agile and SDLC projects
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to a non-technical audience and leadership to manage projects
- Understanding of technology and architecture concepts
- Previous experience in VB Script/DoT Net will be a benefit
- A good understanding of front, middle and back office processes
- Understanding of Cooperate Banking application would be distinct advantage
- Experience on automation solutions using robotics tools like Automation Anywhere, Cicero, Blue Prism, UIPath, Work Fusion, IBM Watson or Open Span or any other market leading RPA tool would be a distinct advantage
Minimum Qualifications:
- A Bachelor of Computer Science, Information systems, Information Technology or related disciplines
- Strong knowledge on SDLC/Agile Methodology
- Strong technical background with proven track record of managing and projects, teams
- Owner operator mindset, with demonstrable ability to be seen as a strong technology partner/Technology SME
- Willingness to learn complex applications and unique data
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
- Strong Academic record or strong related internship/Co-op/Work experience
- Time management skills and the ability to simultaneously work on multiple deliverables
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Must be organized
