Project Manager
Position open with a leading Retail company.
Principal accountabilities with Supporting Actions-:
1. Project Planning and Implementation
a. Drawing up BOQ of each store
b. Enlisting and building the vendor system
c. Site inspection and execution monitoring by vendors
d. SOP adherence in terms of all laid-down company policies
2. Commercial and Costing-
a. System handling – raising of PRs and POs
b. Coordinate with Finance for GRN and vendor payment
3. Vendor management-
a. Periodic feedback to vendors
b. Weekly MIS with vendors on progress
c. New vendors/backup vendors to ensure quality and on-time delivery
4. People management-
a. Goal setting, skill gap analysis for team members
b. Ensure clear communication of all company objectives to the members of the team and ensure that their
concerns are heard to and promptly acted upon in the Regions.
The Job Holder needs to understand requirements of Project, draw up a BOQ for a set of stores to enhance the Store Infrastructure to Project standards. He should be able to develop and manage vendors to deliver the project to the desired standards and on time. He should also be able to analyze and explore possible cost savings without compromising the scope or quality of the deliverables.
