We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Project Manager to join our team and lead complex projects within the Retail Banking Digital sector, with a particular focus on Mobile Platforms.

Lead and manage multiple complex and large-scale projects within the Retail Banking Digital sector.

Foster a collaborative and high-performing project environment, ensuring the professional growth and development of team members.

Capital Banking Digital Expertise:.

Bring strong experience in Capital Banking Digital projects, with a deep understanding of mobile platform strategies, development, and implementation.

Identify and analyze project requirements, ensuring alignment with digital transformation goals and objectives.

Agile-Led Delivery:.

Utilize extensive experience in agile methodologies to guide project delivery, ensuring responsiveness and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs and timelines.

Stakeholder Influence:

- Influence and manage relationships with senior stakeholders, including Sponsors, Managing Directors, and other key decision-makers.

Qualifications:

- 7+ years of experience in Project Management, with a significant portion of this in Retail Banking Digital projects.

- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing large-scale projects.
