Project Manager - Resource Planning - Staffing & Recruiting Firm

- Need a resource to be responsible to ensure that all CU TLR (inc third party) is well resourced and kept within its TLC limits/ensuring right processes in place to support our teams with their resourcing needs

- This resource is expected to Support the maintenance of single view of all resource costs in terms of capex/opex along with ensuring our Product Leads/budget owners have the right people in the right places, and our squads are best placed for success working closely with Finance/HR etc.

- This resource is also expected to scrub spends on 3rd party suppliers & maintain robust processes for any supply optimisation activity.

- This resource is expected to work closely with every tribe and ensure that our major KPIs in terms of resourcing/insourcing/right shoring are well within targets.
