Project Manager - Renewable Energy Industry

Responsibilities & Duties:

- Lead and manage renewable energy projects (solar, wind, hybrid) from initiation through completion. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

- Ensure all project objectives are met, including timelines, cost control, and quality standards. Oversee daily site operations to ensure compliance with project plans and safety regulations.

- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, site logs, and inspection records. Implement quality control procedures to ensure all work meets specified standards. Conduct regular site inspections and testing to verify compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.

- Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies identified during site inspections.

- Supervise and mentor on-site personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.

- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

- Ensure that all site activities adhere to health and safety regulations.

- Conduct safety meetings and training sessions to promote a safe working environment.

- Investigate and report any incidents or accidents promptly.

- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met.

- Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues to senior management and clients.
