Project Manager - Real Estate

We have job opportunity for the position of Project Manager for a leading real estate company for Mumbai Location .

Job Description:

- Experience in managing overall construction projects encompassing planning, monitoring, controlling project life-cycle, overall inter-discipline coordination, administration and resource planning.

- Monitoring and controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects.

- To be involved in preparation of detailed project plans for the region along with the Engineering Head and all required departments and partners.

- To participate in the detailed preparation of the budgets and periodically review cost estimates.

- To study the designs & drawings that has been prepared for construction and provides feedback, if any, to the Engineering Head and Design Head.

- To participate in periodic project reviews with the Project Heads & Engineering Head and at the Corporate Office level.

- To monitor the work at the site (execution) through Project Managers.

- To ensure that all measures of safety have been incorporated at the site and no aspect critical to employee safety has been overlooked.

- To ensure manpower numbers in the region are maintained at the desired levels.

- To ensure availability of materials & equipment required on site at the right time & right quantities and also ensuring that they meet all quality standards.

- To develop reliable vendors at the regional level and support in identification of outsourced services and contractors.

- To ensure that all Quality Assurance & Quality Control activities are being carried out effectively and in a timely manner.

- To ensure that all statutory compliances are adhered to and maintained up to date.

- To liaise regularly with key influencers, state government and local administration authorities

Experience : 18 + years & at-least 40 + storey exposure

Qualification : B.Tech (Civil) /Diploma in Civil
