Project Manager - R&D

- Lead and support a wide range of projects related to continuous improvement, harmonization and standardization of processes, business activities, annual R&D calendar, institutional partnership, R&D events, etc.

- Identify, engage and manage stakeholders as needed on various projects.

- Manages the project timeline, budget, resources, and risks to meet business requirements.

- Serves as a role model of PMO culture and drives accountability across the team. Engages team members and sets direction in a way that delivers results and inspires others.

- 6+ years related overall work experience and at least 4+ years in a project/program management role- required

- Proficient in MS Project; experience creating and maintaining project timelines.
