Project Manager - Project Consultation - BSFI

One of leading clients in Bangalore is looking for Project Manager role with who has good work experience in Project Management or Project Consultation.

Designation : Project Manager

Experience : 10 - 15 Years

Location : Bangalore

Knowledge & Skills :

- In-depth knowledge and experience in Project Management or Project Consultation with willingness to learn execution related skills.

- Must be an expert in multi-tasking.

- Must be comfortable adjusting to fluid scenarios that may or may not impact critical milestones.

- Must have excellent communication skills (both written and oral) to consult with project stakeholders and management regarding status of the project.

- Able to provide consultation and strong leadership to peers and others.

- Requires strong negotiation and conflict management skills.

- Must be able to oversee multiple projects of varying lengths and complexity.

- Manages large project(s) or multiple small projects, with medium to high level of complexity and risk.

- Designs a plan for a newly initiated complex project. Identifies the stakeholders, creates project charters, and assesses the level of risk, assumptions and constraints.

- Develops project management plans and activities to implement the defined scope. Identifies and schedules project activities, manages the budget, creates the project team and assigns the roles and responsibilities.

- Responsible for overseeing the work of the project management plan, accomplishing the project objectives as defined in the project scope statement. Also, provides leadership in managing the project team, communication with stakeholders and managing the expectations.
