About EmPerks :
- Created in 2012, EmPerks is Rewardz's flagship online and mobile app that provides employees with corporate privileges in areas such as health, food and beverage, and lifestyle. EmPerks makes corporate rate information more accessible via web and mobile, and simplifies perks redemption for employees whose organisations are signed up with the service. Emperks - a benefits app via which users can redeem their corporate (or membership) perks. (No physical card or printing vouchers). We are the market leader in the space of fringe employee benefits in Singapore with over 25,000 members.
About Flabuless :
- Launched as a full-fledged mobile application in April 2015, Flabuless encourages employees to keep fit by rewarding them with both cash and non-cash incentives by completing individual and team fitness challenges, as well as compete with one another with online fitness tracking records and leaderboard comparisons.
- Flabuless is also programmed to seamlessly sync with popular fitness devices such as RunKeeper and Fitbit for a better experience. first corporate wellness app in Singapore via which users can track their fitness activities and check-ins at healthy eateries to gain reward points. In a short span of 4 months, we have on-boarded over 9000 users who are tracking more than 2000 activities per day.

Job Description :
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Requirements :
- Very good educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering
- Proven working experience in project management in the information technology sector
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
