- Interface towards Engineering function to Program Manage the product development

- Monitor and track all the Products & features development as per the product roadmap .

- Monitor & Track all the Key Customer deliveries (development in Engineering function) till the time the same is handed over to Service Delivery function ( BAU)

- Participate & Manage all Product Roadmap planning discussion

- Run the weekly governance meetings with all stake holders

- Ensure the product development follows the budget & timelines & report any over usage of the budget

- Run Request Management with Product Owners & accordingly manage product backlog

- Participate in SCRUM meetings as per the SCRUM schedule

- First Level analysis on how to prioritize development depending upon capacity

- Effectively Manage the interfacing with Product development Team & Engineering Team, Product development Team & Customer delivery Team

Desired Candidate Profile

- Minimum 6-15 years of experience in telecom domain/Enterprise with about 5 years hands-on experience in working on SCRUM & AGILE Methodologies.

- Qualified Scrum Master

- Bachelor degree in Science/Engineering

- Professional certifications like : PMP/Scrum Master
