Project Management Certification: Must be PMP Certified / Prince 2, Awareness on ITIL process framework , Having Hands On working on Microsoft Projects & MPP plan for large projects.
Experience: Must have worked in the role of Program Manager / Project Manager for min. 6-8 Years , PMO experience preferred, Established project design from conception to implementation and monitored its progress. Must have working Experience on Medium / Large Government projects of BSNL / MTNL / PSU, Thorough understanding on Project Life Cycle Management having executed large Strategic Projects in Telecom / ISP / SP Network.
Responsibilities:
- Successfully managed Project Life Cycle and processes and initiated solutions for reducing cost for projects.
- Coordinated project and ensured compliance with estimated costs and timelines.
- Designed Engineering database to incorporate into Database for tracking and reporting purposes from an Engineering effort.
- Directed internal testing process.
- Designed and implemented Transformation Incident Management Support Desk.
- Managed Low Level Design meetings with Engineering, Solution Architect, and all stakeholders to ensure QoS as well as the architectural network variables were implemented ensuring clean transitions.
- Lead Technical PM in designing technical facilities (e.g., Security Command and Control centres, Communication centres, Operations centres, and Computer data centres) and other telecom related projects (WANs, LANs, MPLS, DSL)
- Disciplined while utilizing project management skills using standard Project Management Methodology.
- Oversees strategic plan, monitoring and adapting as needed
