Job Responsibility
You should be a BE and MBA from good institutes
- You have proven experience of 6-8 years in Management Consulting (Big 4) focusing on Sales, Marketing related projects with ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Person should be confident, go getter, takes initiative and is not scared of discussions with senior level people.
- You have the ability to understand and dissect complex issues and bring a solution mindset
- Excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills, good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Take complete ownership of delivery of project within defined measures of time, cost and benefit
- Work closely with the respective functional teams and lead project execution
- Work with teams to sharpen project scope, resource alignment, timelines, stakeholder management and benefit realization
- Act as a bridge between the function and other related functions via peer project managers
- Working with function Leadership to understand complete picture, inter-linkages between various departments and how to drive execution while remaining focused on realizing benefits of projects in the commercial domain
- Bringing outside-in perspective in project execution
- Providing status update via relevant documentation
