Project Manager - PMO
Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive execution of customer deliveries.
- Planning and executing the project including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning/allocating team members to handle various deliverables.
- Develop and implement PMO processes, policies, and standards to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the PMO and across project teams.
- Manage Delivery & Change with proper Project / portfolio planning, communications, SDLC compliance / monitoring and exception management.
- Accurately documenting and maintaining project/program artifacts, deliverables from the project & creation, development, and execution including project & scope, budget, and justification.
- Establish project governance frameworks, including project charters, governance structures, and escalation procedures.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct regular project reviews and audits to assess compliance with PMO standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with all stakeholders and define scope of work, Budget, prioritize the delivery and develop projects framework.
- Oversee resource allocation and capacity planning to ensure optimal utilization of human and financial resources.
- Work closely with functional managers to identify resource gaps and address staffing needs for project teams.
- Implement resource management tools and processes to track resource availability, utilization, and performance.
- Managing department compliance - timesheet and mandatory training.
- Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards.
