Objective:

- To handle key account management for purchase orders received

- Submit the detailed Project plan to the customer and have periodic reviews

Key responsibilities:

- Being single point of contact between CFT and customer

- Managing customer communications on a regular basis

- Prepare and monitor project schedule from FAI up to serial production

- Having PMR with customer on a periodic basis

- Holding regular CFT reviews to meet the program schedule involving co-ordination with all the teams (SCM, Engg, Prod, Quality etc.)

- Maintaining risk registers and highlighting potential risks related to a program and discussing with CFT to mitigate the risks.

- Maintaining a program budget in line with the estimation quote and monitor the contribution for the project

- Knowledge of PMR tools and costing methodologies.

- Desirable to be PMP certified.
