Big4 is hiring for Payroll Program - Project Manager role for Bangalore Location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, monitor, update and report on project plans and activity schedules to stakeholders, Program Manager and Steering Committee
- Manage delivery of Payroll Transformation project in assigned country with a particular focus on centralizing, streamlining, and simplifying processes and technology in your region
- Manage the performance of all project resources in project team. This includes delivery from external stakeholder such as vendors, IT and local colleagues
- In cooperation with Regional CCM&T SME and support from Global Program team lead communication and change management to all key stakeholders and to project steering committee
- Manage and report on all project risks and issues (RACI). Prepare project reporting
- Work closely with Finance partners and other related functions on project planning & forecasting as needed
Key Skills and Qualification:
- Significant project management experience in HR Transformation Projects (preferably including Payroll and/or Payroll Technology changes)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Expert communications, including in-person and virtual meeting facilitation
- Proficient with MS Office - MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint in particular
- Ability to influence cross geography teams and achieve cross divisional alignment
- Knowledge and experience in applying key HR and human capital concepts in prior projects (nice to have)
- Able to work autonomously and be comfortable with ambiguity
- Able to effectively work in a highly-matrixed organization, handling competing priorities and connecting the dots across
