P2P Support Analyst

Responsibilities & Tasks :

The primary responsibilities of a Project Manager include :

- Create and understand business plans: Secure sponsor expectations are understood and documented

- Establish project plan baseline: define project scope, secure the necessary resources & plans & monitor all activities

- Accountable for overall project delivery

- Drive project execution: track project activities, monitor & handle changes, conflicts & escalations

- Manage project finance: ensure delivery according to budget

- Manage relationship with Project Sponsor and Steering Group

- Facilitate the identification and management of Stakeholders

- Ensure consistent project communication

- Provide overall direction to the team

- Facilitate the identification and management of risk

- Maintain audit readiness of project deliverables

- Ensure methodology adherence (Six Sigma /PROPS)

- Develop baseline measurement requirements to support analysis

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements :

- At least five years of experience working as Project Management in global projects

- SIX SIGMA, PROPS certification, or equivalent, on Project Management

- Proficiency in English is a must

- Proven track record of Self-motivation to work well under pressure

Preferred Qualifications & Experience Requirements :

- Track record of projects driven in the field of

- IT and/or complex tool implementation

- Process Change Management

- APS

- Purchase to Payment

- Finance

- Experience in multicultural environments and multinational locations

- Experience in Accounts Payable, Finance or Purchase to Payment organizations
