Project Manager - OSS Assurance Domain

Role: Project Manager with OSS Assurance domains experience.

Years of Experience: 10+ years of experience (M), 8-10 years of experience (AM)

Must to have :

- Resource with min 10 years of Telco experience, within Telecom OSS Domain area of Service Fulfillment

- Strong process knowledge across various services and products in telecom domain

- Strong understanding of telecom processes - Lead to Cash (Fulfillment) and Trouble to Resolve (Assurance) process

- Experience in Service fulfillment and worked on Provisioning and Service Activation Framework systems.

- Designed and developed Product Order, Service Order work flows for various Network elements.

- Conceptualized adapters for several Network Elements.

- Good understanding of Java, Unix and oracle database.

- Proven experience in E2E OSS/BSS Software Application Integration towards Service Fulfillment domain includes integration with Network & Service Inventory and strong understanding of Network Equipment & Protocols.

- Experience in ALU/Oracle RODOD stack of applications.

- Experience in translating service provider’s requirements into system, application, and process designs.

- Sound understanding of Next Generation Networks (NGN), Order to Cash End to End Process flows.

- 3rd Party integration and vendor Management.

- Ability to Resource Ramp up and to help in setup OSS/BSS competency within the organization for upcoming opportunities.

Good to have:

- Next Generation OSS Understanding

- Project Management skills.
