Project Manager - Oracle Banking Product

Role : Program/Project Manager

Role Description :

Develop and execute activities related to end-to-end project management, including project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment.

Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables.

Must have Skills :

Oracle Banking Platform (OBP),SQL Plus

Good to Have Skills :

Job Requirements :

- Hands on design and implementation experience on multiple large SI programs using OBP as product Should be able to provide a simple, robust and scalable solution using OBP 10 years hands-on design and implementation experience on complex large-scale banking software applications

- Strong strategy, planning and architecture experience on the Oracle Banking and have awareness of Oracle Fusion Middleware

- Should be able to perform fit gap assessment of the requirement with OBP and propose solution to address the requirement gap on OBP product

- Ability to perform as an Individual Contributor such as performing High Level Assessment and provide solution and estimation

- Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations

- Work on a modern Banking platform

- Lead discussions around design, integration and architecture

- Create good practices and propose improvements

- Provide technical assistance
