Project Manager - Operational Risk Management - BFS

Job Profile: Project Manager - Operational Risk Management (For a Multinational Firm)

Experience: 5-10 years in operational risk, incident management, third-party risks, business continuity, fraud risk, internal controls, and policies (BFSI/Consulting preferred).

Location : Lower Parel, Mumbai

Qualifications: CA, MBA, or relevant master's program

CTC: 20 to 25 LPA

Certifications: Project Management, ORM certifications preferred

Location: India, Middle East, APAC

Language: Fluent in English

Tools: Experience with GRC tools (e.g., MetricStream, SAP GRC) beneficial

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Projects: Manage operational risk areas like internal controls, third-party risks, and business continuity.

- Review Frameworks: Assess risk frameworks, policies, and controls.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with clients and provide regular project updates.

- Risk Dashboards: Develop and present risk analytics.

- Team Leadership: Lead teams and mentor staff.

- Business Development: Prepare proposals and presentations for clients.

Travel & Working Hours:

- Long-Term Travel (6-12 months/year): Yes

- Short-Term Travel (<4 months/year): Yes

- Working Days: Monday - Friday

- Hours: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM

NOTE: Candidate should be okay for traveling in and outside India.
