Position : Project Manager

Biogas / Biomass Projects Execution , Oil & Gas
Responsible for :Successful execution of project including budget, schedule, quality & safety with compliance of timelines, costing & key contractual terms compliance like warranties & guarantees and stabilization of operations.
Location: Namakkal Tamil Nadu
Role Purpose: To support Biogas Namakkal Team in successful implementation of the Project.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Project Planning and Control. Developing and maintaining detailed project engineering plan, Project strategy development, planning and execution techniques
2. Managing project deliverables in line with project plan
3. Recording and managing project issues and escalating as necessary
4. Managing project scope and implementing rigorous change control
5. Monitor and report Project engineering progress and performance
6. Providing regular project engineering status reports to IOTB management team.
7. Acting as Single Point Of Contact (SPOC) between the various project stakeholders
8. Interface between the site office, third-party engineering organizations and internal discipline engineers
9. Arranging engineering review meetings as required to resolve inter-discipline engineering issues and to attend client engineering meetings
10. Ensuring implementation of technical design requirements to meet health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulatory requirements (law / cultural / local regulations)
11. Ensuring that the disciplines / engineering consultant provide the overall technical quality, integrity and adequacy of all engineering design deliverables within the project budget, schedule and according to the project design basis and standards
12. Liaise with local statutory bodies related project approval and obligations.
13. Ensure that all the project specific deliverables are reviewed w.r.t. overall presentation, revision, document purpose etc. before issued clearance for construction.
14. Review project budget performance data
15. Knowledge of Procurement, contract management and contract law
16. Detailed knowledge of engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and startup activities
17. 3rd party Invoice review and certification
Experience: 10 years of Industry Experience for B.E / B. Tech & 15 Years for Diploma Engineering
