One of our client is looking for a Manager EHR.
Position Overview:
- Responsible for client management and delivery of upgrade and support services for one of the leading Ambulatory EHR products. This position is responsible for the successful management & execution of product upgrades & support ensuring consistency with client expectations and as per defined SLA’s and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the definition of project scope, goals, SLA’s, SOP’s and deliverables
- Client Management, communication & Engagement to ensure high CSAT
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and SLA’s.
- Work allocation, monitoring & control.
- Guide and assist the teams with troubleshooting in case of complex situations.
- Resource management, Conflict resolution and team mentoring and coaching are going to be key to ensure success.
- Fosters a culture of continuous improvement and instills the principles of this culture in the team
- Development of the delivery teams including recruitment, training and coaching.
- Drive high Employee satisfaction and ensure minimal attrition
- Other duties as assigned
Experience, Knowledge, Skills/competencies required (what is expected to be achieved to meet organizational goals)
- 8+years of experience in running Application Support Operations & experienced in managing a team size of 40 plus support/implementation professionals.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience with ambulatory EHR support in the US Healthcare space.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS-SQL 2005/2008/2012 & T-SQL Programming
- Intermediate understanding of architecture and administration of Windows Server 2003(and above) with working knowledge of firewalls & VPN.
- Excellent Team management, planning and coordination skills.
Organizational requirements
- Required to work in rotational shifts and whenever required work in off hours or weekend to support maintenance activities or critical issues.
- Must have valid Passport and should be ready to travel abroad as per business needs.
- Candidates with a Valid US B1 Visa would be preferred.
Education:
- Masters\Bachelors in Computer Science
Preferred Qualifications:
- Candidates with Management degree would be preferred.
- Candidates with MCP/MCSE/CCNA certifications would be given preference.
