- Managing & Execute IT initiatives for Merchant Integration & Acquiring, onboarding of merchants.

- Managing & Execute Payment Gateway Integration with various merchants

- Develop strategy to execute short and long term priorities in Merchant Integration and On boarding & Digital Space

- Identify strategies to enhance the customer experience

Project Planning and execution within time and cost constraints

- Technical & Functional support to business

- Managing the Software Lifecycle to ensure quality delivery.

- Participate in requirements and architecture debriefs with the team to assess feasibility of the solution and identify needs for design and implementation

- Good knowledge of Integration with Various online merchants on Banking Platform via Internet or Mobile Banking

- Technical Expertise and knowledge JAVA, DotNet

- Technical Expertise on Various Algorithm for eg. CHA32, MD5, SHA1

- Vendor Management & Negotiating Skills
