Project Manager - MEP

- Project Manager MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) and HVAC(Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning)

- 12-15 years of experience in handling MEP activities in a project environment and 3 to 5 years in a people manager role handling teams and independently leading project .

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical engineering, Project Management certification would be an added advantage.

- Relevant experience in entire MEP systems including Electrical/ HVAC/Plumbing/firefighting/ air compressor & project management, preferably in industrial or commercial construction projects.

- Knowledge of Electrical and mechanical systems, codes, standards, and best practices.

- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in project management software and tools.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced construction environment.

- Must have executed similar scale of industrial projects

- GRIHA certification /IGBC /USGBC certification is preferable
