Project Manager - Medical Equipment

We have an excellent opportunity with one of the leading conglomerate for the position of Project Manager - Medical Equipment. One of the group company is in the business of medical and science services.

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

- Responsible for medical equipment project management from order to handing over

- Managing the projects with a strong project management approach to ensure adherence to project closure deadlines

- Preparing project schedules, scope of work, project costing and timeline for various projects and ensuring adherence to same and timely escalation of deviations

- Ensuring close coordination with sales, logistics, installation and application teams for regular updates and timely escalations

- Place orders and coordinate with vendors for pre installation jobs and third party supplies

- Understand revenue recognition guidelines and drive to deliver systems within deadlines

- Strong communication and documentation with customers and principals for project updates

- Coordination application and offsite trainings for customers as per project guidelines

- Ascertaining customer satisfaction by smooth and hassle free project delivery

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: 

- Engineering degree / diploma with 5-6 years of experience in medical equipment project management

- PMP certification for project management is desirable

- Project management experience with Imaging systems of Philips, Siemens, GE will be an advantage

- Knowledge and understanding of mechanical, electrical and civil requirements in hospital projects

- Knowledge and understanding of medical imaging systems

- Apart from basic salary client will also provide HRA, transport, medical and insurance along with gratuity as per OMAN law.

- Client will also give annual passage that includes 30 days paid leaves annually along with to and fro ticket for self and family.
