Project Manager - Market Research Firm

Key Role and Responsibilities Includes:

Client Management:

1. Quality service delivery for assigned key clients & client relationships.

2. All tasks and responsibilities associated with a Project Manager position

3. Ensure client is aware of and using full capabilities of our reporting system and program offerings

4. Understand clients- industries and corporate environments

5. Maintain awareness of current events and trends within Industry groups.

6. Act as the key interface between the customer and relevant departments at BARE

7. Assist client with learning BARE Systems and reporting procedures

8. To inform Client and stake holders in case of any challenges or misses

Industry Expertise:

1. Review & Research on client industry and stay abreast with developments

2. Use this expertise to suggest value-additions to the client

Project Management:

1. Planning, Briefing and allocation of resources for project Management

2. Monitor quality of programs by spot checking project elements

3. Manage day-to-day operations of projects assigned facilitated by regular tracker

4. Provide Questionnaire Guidance

5. Finalize error free Invoice / Billing for all projects on time

6. Update Ops Manager on productivity of resources

7. Knowledge about the local cost outs

Leadership:

1. Thought Leadership

2. Ensuring regular performance review and constant development of team members.

3. Facilitating skip-level meetings with team to gather feedback

Associated Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required:

Education- Graduate / MBA with min 2+ yrs experience in similar Role

Competency Skills:

- Ability to work independently and to schedule time and resources effectively

- Motivation, and direction to team members.

- Strong customer service mind-set and ability to foster good client relationships

- Ability to set up and manage projects keeping cost factors in mind at all times.

- Ability to respond to team and customer needs; to meet commitments.
