Project Manager - Market Research - Consulting Firm

Job description :

Role & responsibilities :

- Ensuring smooth running of all projects and providing solutions to all stakeholders when needed.

- Collaborating with cross-functional team supervisors to work around roadblocks and ensure projects are delivered on timely and flawlessly, ensuring client satisfaction

- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports

- Regular meetings with onshore stakeholders to discuss project performance, challenges and provide solutions.

- Manage resourcing and workload across the team.

- Identifying and mapping team skills, conduct team performance reviews, drive employee engagement.

- Training and upskilling of team.

Preferred candidate profile :

- 10 - 12 Years, Experience in a Market Research function like Scripting/DP/Client Servicing/Supply/Core Research.

- Work in the client's time zone which would be US time zone.
