Project Manager - Manufacturing Firm - APAC Region

We have an urgent opening with a leading French MNC (Manufacturing):

Responsibilities

Project Leadership:

- Lead and manage end-to-end project implementation, focusing on Organization Transformation and Change Management initiatives across the APAC region.

- Drive and ensure the successful integration of ERP systems, specifically SAP ERP, within the organization.

Reporting and Coordination:

- Report directly to the Global Transformation Head, providing regular updates on project progress, challenges, and key milestones.

- Coordinate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including department heads, to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the transformation process.

Transformation and Integration:

- Spearhead the transformation of various departments, aligning them with the overall organizational strategy.

- Work closely with departmental leaders to integrate processes, systems, and workflows for seamless operations.

Agile Project Management:

- Implement agile methodologies to drive flexibility and responsiveness in project execution.

- Act as an agile champion, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability within the team and across departments.

Individual Contributor:

- Function as an individual contributor with the ability to take ownership and drive results independently.

- Demonstrate a hands-on approach to problem-solving and project execution.

Analytical and Communication Skills:

- Utilize excellent analytical skills to identify key areas for improvement and optimization within the organization.

- Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, translating complex technical information into understandable insights for non-technical audiences.

Agile Transformation:

- Lead the organization through an agile transformation, ensuring that teams are equipped to embrace change and adapt to evolving business needs.

- Implement agile principles to enhance project delivery speed, efficiency, and quality.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in IT (BSC/ B.Tech), with relevant certifications such as PMP Certification, Change Management, Agile Methodologies, etc.

- Proven track record of at least 10 years in project management with a focus on ERP implementation and organization transformation.

- Strong experience with SAP ERP is highly desirable.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.
