Project Manager - Manufacturing

Jay Precision Products Private Limited is a 30+ year old manufacturer of pharmaceutical devices, toys, special purpose machines etc. We have and continue to serve global and Indian pharma and toy MNCs since our inception. The company is looking for an experience project manager with relevant experience preferably in the toy or plastics industry or within the supply chain.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

- Ensure resource availability and allocation

- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress

- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs

- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

- Report and escalate to management as needed

- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

- Perform risk management to minimize project risks

- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Requirements:

- Good educational background, preferably a degree in B.Tech or engineering. MBA graduates with hands-on experience in manufacturing or supply chain etc will also be considered.

- 5-10 years of relevant work experience. Proven work experience in the toy or plastics industry is a plus.

- Must be willing to travel weekly between corporate and manufacturing facilities.

- Strong budgeting, MIS, analytical skills etc and comfortable managing multiple tasks with a problem-solving aptitude.

- Excellent communication skills: (1) written and verbal (2) client-facing and internal

- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with some manufacturing software tools.
