Project Manager - Manufacturing

We are handling an opportunity with leading Manufacturing MNC for the role of Project Manager.

- Project Management activities involving working out various requirements with respect to scope, time, cost & monitoring overall project operations for ensuring timely and in Budget completion of projects.

- Analysis of Contract documents identifying risks and opportunities.

- Using tools of Project Management to increase the revenue and margins and avoidance of slippage of the same, through effective administration of the contract and the implementation of a variation order and claim management processes.

- Analyzing the Sales Budget, Evaluation of Original Budget.

- Cost Coding of Entire Budget.

- Monitoring Commitments and Evaluation of Estimate to Complete- for Minimization of Cost Overrun through Early detection and Project Re-Direction.

- Preparation of Budget Deviation as per Procedure.

- Preparation Periodic Budget, Monthly Reports.

- Coordination with suppliers, contractors, Clients etc. for completion of deliverables of Project and achieving projected targets.

- Estimation of cost for various works/services, negotiation with contractors/vendors, and preparing comparatives for the same.

- Analyzing the root cause for the increase in Cost /Delay, controlling costs, maximizing productivity & delivering maximum profit.

- Estimation of delays and Cost associated with delays.

- Providing Support to tendering in Estimation of Project Cash Flow.

- Candidates should be from reputed manufacturing or EPC Industry required.

- Experience in the range of 15 to 20 years
