- We are looking for multiple roles in a PMO role

Client Details : To work for Luxury real estate based out of sites at goa and kasol.

Description :

Job Responsibilities :

- Providing technical support to sector senior management.

- Presenting programs and progress to project director & head of operations.

- Providing feedback on project data

- Output norms and benchmarking.

- Planning dashboard data with insights for improvement.

- Reporting accurately on project progress and provide insight to deviations from plan.

- Managing the project master schedule in line with individual work package schedules.

- Planning package, Progress monitoring and generating MIS reports for EPC / EPCM Projects.

- Hands on experience in Planning, Scheduling, monitoring & control.

- Creating new solutions and instigates timely reviews of progress to deliver.

- Setting up mechanisms for checking progress.

- Providing Forecasting and early warning to Project team about critical activities & making recovery plans, if required.

- Thinking creatively, conceptually, and systematically to consider the wider consequences of each decision.

- Having 'big picture' awareness.

- Good written and verbal communication skills

Profile :

Candidate requirements :

- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture.

- 5 to 10 years of experience in project management, building construction, interior turnkey fit-out, etc.

- Collaboration and coordination across teams

- Experience in working and driving cross functional teams.

- Should have worked in fast paced organizations.

- Excellent communication skills.
