Project Manager - Life Insurance Domain - BPO

Responsibilities :

- Ability to Program Manage a large client or multiple clients.

- Project Tracking, Control and Report

- Allocate work, track the project scope, schedule, quality, resource requirements, financials, risks, SLAs on a periodic basis, take corrective measures and communicate to all stake holders as per the communication plan.

- Schedule, monitor, review and control all the project phases (Requirements gathering, Design, Architecture, Development, Testing, Implementation, Warranty) in their entirety, IN ORDER TO deliver project successfully as per project goals.

- Ability to manage multiple IT projects successfully - technology implementation for Infosys BPO clients

- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and multiple stakeholders.

- Ability to lead PMO

- Ability to identify/implement process optimization.

- Ability to lead, monitor and mentor Project Managers

- Good project management skills, able to plan and execute projects within cost & schedule and with expected quality of deliverables.

- Able to manage requirements/scope and risks appropriately

- Ability to identify issues, find solution and plan/manage them.

- Good at client interactions, able to set & manage stakeholder expectations.

- Good team management skills, able to build and mentor the team.

- Knowledge and experience in quality processes applicable to IT projects.

- Good presentation and communication skills

Roles :

- Take end-to-end bottom line responsibility for a project right from proposal to project completion.

- Build the project team, schedule assignments, monitor, review and report project status.

- Manage project risks; ensure successful delivery and implementation.

- Take complete ownership of and their performance management in the project WITH the objective of ensuring the highest levels of services offerings to client within their service and technology are WITHIN the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys.
