Project Manager - Learning & Development - Higher Education

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team on a 6-month full-time contract. This role is ideal for someone with 0-2 years of experience who is eager to develop their skills in project management within the higher education and L&D space. There is an opportunity for full time employment based on performance at the end of the contract period.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Coordination: Manage and coordinate various projects related to higher education and L&D initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

- Data Management: Collect, organize, and analyze data to support project objectives, track progress, and make informed decisions.

- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and partners to ensure alignment with project goals and expectations.

- Resource Allocation: Plan and allocate resources effectively to ensure projects are completed within scope, on time, and within budget.

- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.

- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices in project management.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Business Administration: Human Resources, Operations, or a related field from premier B-School

- 0-2 years of experience in project management

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with tools like Excel, Google Sheets

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
