ABOUT THE ROLE:
WeAce is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to handle our online and offline events and engage our online subscribers and platform users. The Project Manager will be responsible for user acquisition, curating events, implementing social media and email marketing strategies, driving thought leadership conferences, improving user engagement, nurturing external ambassadors, and strategizing on improving visibility for WeAce globally. This role requires excellent communication skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of community management and marketing strategies.
Training to facilitate our team, who has the ability to demonstrate a high degree of energy, passion, inspirational leadership, and strong focus on customer engagement, collaboration and satisfaction. Must be a strategic thinker with fantastic organizational, time management skills and excellent research skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Mandatory Skills :
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths and consultation with managers.
- Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs.
- Develop training manuals that target tangible results.
- Implement effective and purposeful training methods.
- Effectively manage the training budget.
- Evaluate organisational performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance.
Education & Experience :
- PG Degree in human resources or a related field
- A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in training and development management (essential).
- Superb track record in developing and executing successful training programs.
- Critical thinker with innovative problem solving skills.
- Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools.
- Familiar with traditional and modern training processes.
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
- Strategic and creative mindset.
- Has R & D experience and can do social media posts like LI etc.
- Some experience in content design
- Has a working knowledge of design in various tools like Powerpoint, Excel, Canva, MS designer
