Project Manager - Landscaping

Looking for a dynamic, hands on Project Manager to manage Projects for the organization and ensure high quality and efficient completion of elite and technical residential and commercial design/build landscape projects.

You will be in the field working with and training the team as well as overseeing sub contractors to insure projects are installed correctly and on schedule.

Experience we- re looking for:

- Proven landscape design/build industry experience

- Ability to run projects from job layout, approach to completion meeting industry time standards utilizing basic business and construction-related math skills

- Experience with project implementation, planning and wrap up

- Management, leadership and mentoring of team members

- Collaboration and communication with designers/ architects, subcontractors and clients

- Associate or Bachelors Degree in Landscape, Construction or Similar Field or similar past experience. Extensive landscape project management without college degree certainly considered.

Looking for Individuals with Minimum degree qualification in Architecture with a further specialization in Landscape Architecture or Urban Design.

Experience of working on Landscape Architecture or Urban Design projects
