Project Manager - Kronos - Peoplesoft/SAP - Auto

Hiring for Project Manager

- 2-3 Years of Kronos and other Time and Attendance Systems design and implementation experience.

- 2+ yrs Peoplesoft or SAP (Project Systems) experience and functional knowledge of Payroll, Time and Attendance and Project Systems Intregration

- Experience with HR, Time and Attendance and Payroll Applications (Kronos, SAP Project Systems, eCharge, Workday, etc.).

- Knowledge of other Manufacturing Applications a plus (Quality, MES, LIMS, etc.)

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.

Experience in the industries PMT operates in, including fluorine products; specialty films and additives; advanced fibers and composites; intermediates; specialty chemicals; electronic materials and chemicals; process solutions for chemical and refinery industries, technologies and materials for petroleum refining.

- Ability to partner with senior level business stakeholders, understand Performance Materials and Technologies (PMT) businesses/functions, and to influence others.

- 10 + yrs of Experience

- 4-5 years IT related experience in medium/large scale organizations

- User Experience or Human Factors Training and experiences.

- 2+ plus years of experience managing application development, deployment and support teams preferred

- Green Belt / DFSS certification preferred
