We have a job requirement in our client which is a CMM Level 3 US Based company. Please see the details below.

- Experience 10+ years

- Experience in java/j2ee/corejava/struts/springs.

- PMP Certification is plus

- Overall responsible for successful delivery of any project assigned within budgeted hours, resources cost and time.

- Responsible for defining the scope of the project and its overall goals as they relate to the objectives of the client.

- Effectively communicate expectations to the project's team leaders as well as to the customers or stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

- Collect and review status updates from team leaders and ensure that all aspects of the project are going according to plan

- Evaluating current onshore and offshore delivery process and making them efficient  Responsible to follow CMMI processes and educate the project teams on the same.

- Responsible to make sure team members are delivering while they are kept together as one team and motivated.

- Responsible directly for some projects and indirectly to some.

- Responsible for the budget, and must submit budget proposals and any changes to the budget plan to the management.

- Lead a group of technical experts responsible for solution architecture and design  Responsible to support proposal team in effort estimation and providing technical solutions.

- Responsible to support sales team in giving any technical presentation to the existing or potential customers.

- Responsible to coordinate with Onshore team to implement successful global delivery model.

- Develop well documented detailed delivery plans and resource plans within strategic portfolio  Perform all the project management, solution architecture and delivery management duties of project(s) assigned.

- Responsible to conduct meetings, track & maintain any reports associated with this role.

- Support in training the project teams, developers and technical resources, as necessary  Coordinate with the development teams to ensure the right teams are working on the right build components at

- the right time, with clear expectations of milestones and goals

- Collaborate with Project Managers/Technical Coordinators on IT methodology to help drive consistent processes  Act as the escalation path through the IT organization on project delivery issues Communicate with subordinates, peers and top management, prioritizes work and processes product or process information.

- Responsible to support recruiting team in screening candidates and providing feedback  Support for any ad hoc work assigned by the President.
