Project Manager:
Job Description:
Requirement Gathering :
- Collaborate with the client teams to map current process in details and define use case
- Work towards the streamlining and re-engineering of defined processes create most efficient process
- Populate details in a granular form to create a BRD document
Project Plan Creation:
- To communicate requirements to the development team and determine the overall project plan
- To segment project plan into subtasks and phases to identify the key milestones in said project
- To align timelines to the determined project segmented for the subtasks in association with the development team
- To identify key risks and dependencies and ensure the incorporation of contingency/mitigation timelines and plans in the overall project plan
- Tracking Subtasks and ensuring stakeholder visibility into project:
- To create and maintain a sub-task tracker based on drawn out timelines
- To anticipate and flag potential hurdles in set milestones
- - To ensure stakeholder visibility into the progress of a project through regular multi-channel communication
- To facilitate cadence meetings on the project with different stakeholder teams
- To escalate possible deviations at the earliest
Communication :
- To translate technical requirements for development team into business terminologies in presenting the same to the client
- To ensure all stakeholder teams on the client side have complete visibility into project progress
- To be the single point of contact for assigned projects and interface communication between teams
Experience:
- 2-5 Years of Project Management Experience in IT/Software Services
- Experience in implementing large scale multi-domain (technology) projects preferred
- Previous experience in application development preferred
- Previous experience in SaaS based projects preferred
Education :
- B.Tech/B.E is a requisite
- PGDM/MBA
- Project Management Certifications
