Our client is a fast growing IT product company based in Hyderabad- whose clients include world-class marketing and retail organizations and our solutions are being used by the worlds biggest companies.

We are on the look out for hiring a Project Manager

Scope the system.

Translate business needs.

Translate technical issues.

Model and document.

Test and validation.

Represent stakeholders.

Scrum Master.Provide leadership and technical direction for 10+ team of developers in an Agile-team environment (SCRUM)

Code Quality. Carry out code reviews at the end of every sprint. Ensure coding is done to standards and is modular in nature. Conduct code-reviews of front-end (e.g, JS) and back-end (PHP, SQL) code.

Quality Assurance.

Resource Utilization.

Status Reports.

Mentorship

Advanced understanding of the PHP programming language, HTML, CSS, Ajax, JavaScript and jQuery.

Advanced knowledge of UNIX operating system (primarily Linux) and Apache.

Advanced understanding of mySQL database (developer fundamentals).

Knowledge of caching techniques like memcached and APC.

Knowledge of web application optimization techniques to improve page load times and performance using web-profiling tools.

Proven use of software design patterns, such as MVC.

Understands OO concepts

Understands the benefits of the various programming languages

Possesses significant knowledge of client/server and Internet systems architectures

Understands browser / client specific compatibility issues.

A thorough understanding of web services architecture and commonly employed technologies.

Strong communication (written & verbal), organizational, interpersonal, problem solving, presentation, facilitation, and follow through skills

Knowledge of the full development life cycle from requirements to launch.

Experience using a modern CVS system: Mercurial, Git or Subversion

Experience with release management

Familiarity with test-driven development and continuous integration

Experience in Software Estimation

Experience working with US clients

Experience in writing user stories/wire frames/mocks
