Project Manager - IT (Ecommerce)

- Task management & Sprint Planning

- Team Management, guidance and mentoring

- Responsible to stakeholders

- Maintain quality compliances on all projects /Product

- Time management to release deliverable

- Make RFP responses, Estimation and pricing

- Onsite coordination, spoc for India delivery center

- Change management plan

- Incepted and initiated multiple initiatives for clients across US and India

- Managed and defined processes for projects Making Risk management

- Envision the product growth, align with company vision

- Product evaluation (Open Source, Web Api, Rest api, cross platform app)

- Fostered culture of innovation by leading product and technology brainstorming sessions

- Working on project plan and functional documentation

- Communication Across stakeholders and different teams

Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets:

1. B.E with high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Project along with Excel. & Minimum of 5 years- experience in the successful planning of complex technical projects.

2. Understand the process flow - of various types of projects

3. Project time and cost tracking and analysis - the ability to follow the process flow, enter time and cost data for each project and analyze compared to established budget

4. Organization - the ability to understand and assist in the planning of tasks for new projects

5. Data collection and analysis- the ability to organize data and analyze the data for current and future projects

6. Communication - the ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and regularly with multinational team members of GT through Skype, phone or personal interactions.
