Project Manager - IT

The role will directly report to senior management regarding the progress status of product lines, and critically analyze the risks and roadblocks in the development and release

- Deep understanding of Software development lifecycle

- Detailing Product Requirements: Ensure detailed requirements for all features are detailed and completed before the sprint starts.

- Ensure grooming for the user stories happen with involvement from DEV, QA, Product Team, Documentation Team

- Ensure Product Owners are accountable for ensuring timely completion of requirements

- Work with Product Owners and the UX designer to ensure wireframes for the release are approved before the start of the release.

- Candidate should have experience driving Scrum meetings and will be responsible to define the roadmap and launch capabilities in the Cloud Control platform

- Ensure a walkthrough of the UX is given to DEV, QA, and Support teams to make them aware of upcoming features

- Ensure all lead developers CONSTANTLY update the design documents as changes happen in every release

- QA planning: Ensure that the QA team (existing and new members) have a good understanding of the microservices architecture.

- Ensure the QA team is trained and assessed (via test papers) on Kubernetes fundamentals

- Ensure the QA team is trained and assessed on Logging and Monitoring skills.

- Define success and failure criteria for Regression Testing.

- Ensure QA Team is given a detailed walkthrough on the requirements and DESIGN for every feature in the release. For every feature, they should understand what are the impacted microservices, how to debug the feature via logs
