In This Role You Will Often:
- Analyze complex business problems to be solved with automated systems
- Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements
- Create specifications for systems to meet business requirements
- Design details of automated systems and consult with users if needed
- Collaborate with or lead cross-functional teams to address business issues
- Review, update, document and implement processes
- Review system issues and help drive improvements in processes and systems
- Perform ongoing and advanced system/process testing and training
- Perform special projects, research as required
