Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager with experience in enterprise IT, cloud, and system integration who is eager to work in a start-up environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about enhancing the customer journey, willing to learn and expand their knowledge, and ready to tackle the challenges of a dynamic and fast-paced workplace. As a Project Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring seamless integration and deployment of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Planning and Management: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.

- Customer Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and understanding of their needs. Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.

- Talent and Fractional Workforce Engagement: Engage with our talented pool of professionals and fractional workforce to ensure alignment with project goals and successful project execution.

- Enterprise IT and Cloud Integration: Lead projects involving enterprise IT, cloud solutions, and system integrations. Ensure technical requirements are met and solutions are implemented effectively.

- Agile Project Management experience: Facilitating project execution within a dynamic environment being responsible for sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products will be of added advantage. The candidate shall be capable of utilising Agile methodologies to drive collaboration, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing requirements.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including development, operations, marketing, and sales, to coordinate project activities and deliverables. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.

- Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations. Ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned with project goals.

- Quality Assurance: Implement best practices for quality assurance and testing. Ensure that deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project reviews. Provide regular reports to senior management on project status and performance.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on enterprise IT, cloud, and system integration projects.

- Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.

- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, understanding of Kubernetes is must, Deploying microservices architectures,scalability, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and system integration methodologies.

- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

- Tools: Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello,Github,Gitlab) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams).
