Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and manage IT projects from inception to delivery, ensuring they meet project objectives and timelines.
- Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and clients, to keep them informed of project progress and address any concerns.
- Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including defining project scope, identifying deliverables, and creating timelines.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources, including budget, personnel, and equipment.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to best practices.
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in IT project management.
- Certification: PMP certification preferred but not required.
- Communication: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Technology Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Project, Office 365 applications (SharePoint, MS Teams), and ideally Visio.
- Financial Knowledge: Familiarity with financial accounts and budgeting
