Project Manager - IT

- Candidate should have worked in client facing role as a Project Manager with past experience in Business Analysis and must possess good Communication & Written skills.

- Should have worked on Functional/Technical Specification Documentation.

- Interact with clients for requirement gathering and elicitation.

- Keep a track of entire development and deliverables to client.

- Should possess people management skills.

- Coordinate with internal/external resources for work allocation and tracking as per schedule.

- Create, manage and track Project schedule

- Monitor & control Revenue and Cost

- Monitor profitability, productivity, resource utilization in projects

- Interact with internal/external stakeholders to apprise them about project health and risks

- Highlight and mitigate risks

- Create SMR reports for management.

- Ensure adherence to documented processes.

- Experience working in Agile/Waterfall development model(s), conversant with SDLC and CMMI Processes

- Experience handling International and domestic clients.

- Experience working with MS Project, Jira or any other Project/Task Management Tool.

Desired Profile:-

- Min. 2-3 years in Business Analysis activities.

- Min 3-4 years in Project Management activities.

- Any Graduate / Post Graduate, any stream.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Familiar working with Web Applications, Android and iOS Apps

- Worked on gamified, technical, app development projects.
