Project Manager - IT

Job Description:

- We are looking for candidates with 6+ years of experience in end to end project management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments.

- Track project progress, identify and resolve issues, and proactively manage risks.

- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

- Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders through regular reports and presentations.

- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

- Implement and monitor project controls and quality assurance processes.

- Conduct post-project reviews and identify areas for improvement.

- Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 6+ years of experience in end-to-end project management, including project planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.

- Proven experience in managing projects using Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum methodologies.

- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues proactively.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Microsoft Project).

- Experience in budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.

- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
