Key Responsibilities:
1. Developing High-Quality Proposals and DPRs: Prepare comprehensive, detailed project proposals and Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) with a focus on accuracy and clarity to support project objectives.
2. Managing Tender Processes: Lead and oversee all aspects of tendering, including document preparation, bid evaluation, and ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
3. Project Allotment Formalities: Coordinate and manage the formalities involved in project allotments to streamline processes and ensure seamless execution.
4. Project Execution Oversight: Monitor and manage ongoing projects, ensuring timely delivery within agreed-upon deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
1. Educational Background: Candidates should possess one of the following qualifications:
a) Graduate from IIT
b) MBA from a recognized institution
Core Skills and Expertise:
1. Proven ability in preparing project proposals and DPRs.
2. Proficiency in tender management, including bid evaluation and compliance processes.
3. Expertise in managing and coordinating projects from initiation to delivery.
4. Strong drafting and documentation skills, with an eye for detail.
5. Analytical capability to evaluate and manage complex projects effectively.
6. Experience: Demonstrated experience in handling similar responsibilities is highly preferred
