Project Manager - IoT Domain - Pharma

Key skill requirement (Mandatory)

- Create & manage project plans, schedules, allocate resources and monitor progress

- Reports on project progress, offers viable solutions and opportunities as they arise

- Manage changes to project scope, project schedule and project cost using appropriate verification techniques

- Establish standardized project management framework

- Establish and maintain relationship with the client and all stakeholders/ third party vendors

- Monitor issue resolution by coordinating with cross functional teams and stay alert for risks

- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis

Level Specific Accountabilities:

Project Planning, Monitoring & Executing:

- Act as a technical leader for the team, proposing architectural concepts, designing and developing software solutions, offering guidance, direction and advice for the team, always striving for excellence.

- Coordinate with Program Manager to plan and execute project tasks.

- Monitoring & managing technology projects and their cost, time and scope

- Coordinate development activities for a software team, which is responsible to develop IoT, AR, connectivity and mobility software solutions.

People Development:

- Develop the skills and competencies within the team, define the individual goals, establish learning plans, organize trainings, evaluate employees, coach and motivate team members.

- Giving inputs for enhancing skill sets of associates, wherever required

- Organize activities, delegate tasks, balance workload, set and track targets, define and meet KPIs on time, quality and cost.

- Develop an attitude of cross-functional teamwork amongst associates from different functions

Processes:

- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for relevant updates and approvals.

- Foster an innovation environment and search actively for new development directions that can create future business opportunities.

- Setup processes for rapid replication and deployment of IIoT/AR application across factories and machines.

- Evaluate emerging technologies and adopt as appropriate to accelerate the mission

Technical Competencies:

Platforms: Knowledge on wide range of technologies across all the Industry 4.0 software stack layers from embedded devices to communication protocols (incl. MQTT, COAP, SMQP), standard interfaces like OPC, APIs knowledge, Gateways, Edge Analytics, Cloud Platforms like GE Predix, Siemens Mindsphere, Thingworx, SAP Leonardo;

- Experience with Remote access products, VPNs, gateways, firewalls, proxies, and networking configurations and experience with Enterprise Architectures
