Our client is looking to hire a Project Manager for their Services Department

- As a PM, your job responsibilities will be to manage the creation, design, content of the entire project.

- Hands on experience of Instructional Design will be essential

- Hands on experience of Training needs analysis , Curriculum design for adult learners will be required

- As a PM, you will be required to create storyboards to be used as blueprint instructions for designers and developers to create e-learning training materials and apply various Instructional strategies, models and theories to content.

- The PM will have to visualize Content and work with Graphic Designers in the development of Graphics, Animations etc.

- Experience of in developing course content for various courses like Technical, Domain, leadership, soft skills will be a bonus

- The PM will have to manage a International Clients and the various coordinating departments and therefore will require travelling to client locations (International) for most part of the role.

The desired candidate will require:

- 12 years of Experience in Instructional Design

- Multitasking skills to manage 2 to 3 projects

- Excellent English speaking and writing skills

- Excellent Communication skills

- Experience to work on tools like Articulate, Captivate & Lectora will be added advantage

- Candidate should be willing to travel to client locations

- Male candidates will be preferred.
